Wednesdays 10 am - 11am
Take care of your am charges then head on over for your morning charge! Appropriate for all levels of practice with modifications and advance offerings, spend an hour getting your midweek Jai! on your mat in your body - mind - spirit space.

Thursday Evenings Jai! Motion and Roots 7:30pm - 9pm

This class takes time to create foundational roots in your practice while energizing, strengthening & stretching from a place within that allows growth and evolution. Solid intermediate work. Beginners and advanced levels welcome as modifications and higher offerings are presented.

(we have no make-ups from the previous session and drop ins are always welcome)

Gentle Jai! Yoga - Mondays 2pm - 3:30
Brookfield Swim Club, Chantilly, VA

Catering to a gentle practice, a chair hybrid class where poses are cued with chairs or floor work and props. Never belly to the floor practice. Bring your mats, an extra is helpful, blocks and straps. Chairs provided.

Feel the energy through a powerful vinyasa flow of asanas including backbends and inversions and sun salutaions that release the mind as it surrenders to the body, breath and spirit. Learn through balance, strength and endurance using functional body strength from our core and chakra energies. Chantilly Location Mondays 10:30 am, Tuesdays 9:30am.
